1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–14 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow your package in real time.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
We’re working on expanding international shipping soon.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you need help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

6. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
7. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please send photos of the item and packaging to support@wildoscall.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
